Welcome to CrunchyMidwifeLife.com!  This is my blog where I will be posting discussions on natural hair care, including water only washing (WOW), skin care, beauty products, hygiene products and maybe even some midwifery and baby stuff at some point.  My first post is about how I came to find WOW and my journey as my methods changed.  My next post is the actual How-To WOW your hair.  I’m not sure where I will go from there but for sure you can count on many more discussions.  Please feel free to email me or just comment on my posts.  As traffic picks up I will be checking more often to respond to y’all.
